Can you tint eyebrow hair if I have had my eyebrows tattooed?
Yes you can, however it is very important to ensure that the cosmetic tattoo is completely healed, so as not to disrupt the healing process and results.

Do you provide tinting/brow shaping for men?
Yes, absolutely! All tinting/brow shaping treatments can be modified to your request, to create a natural yet neatly groomed brow for gentlemen.

Can I wear contact lenses whilst having a facial treatment?
No, these must be removed for safety precautions and generally to be more comfortable.

Does eyelash tinting sting?
Not usually, however those with sensitive eyes may experience a slight tingling sensation when the tint is washed off.

How long does brow tinting last?
It will last around 2-3 days on the skin (if you would like a skin stain), and a couple of weeks on the hair.

Can I bring my child with me to an appointment?
Please do not bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment at any time.

Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?
Treatments are by appointment only, and there is no waiting room available. Please wait in your car until your appointment time.

Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
Yes, all bookings require a deposit of 50% of the treatment amount. This is non refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the treatment day.

Is waxing painful?
Waxing can be slightly uncomfortable depending on the area treated, but the more waxing you have, the less uncomfortable it becomes. Taking painkillers around 1 hour prior to waxing may help.

Will my hair stop growing after waxing?
No, waxing will make your hair finer, but it is not a permanent hair removal method.

How do I avoid ingrown hairs?
Exfoliating before waxing and then 2-3 days after also will help the hairs grow freely through the skin.

Will I have any after effects from waxing?
It is likely you will suffer with red or blotchy skin after waxing, which may last anywhere from 2 hours up to 24 hours. If you are concerned about the after effect, you may pop in for a free patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Do you provide aftercare advice?
Yes, aftercare advice will be provided to you on the day of the treatment and is also stated on the website.
