Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and is reserved exclusively for you. Whilst I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are required, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

A deposit of 50% of your total treatment will be taken upon booking, please note, this will not be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

General

You will not be treated if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or if you have a contra-indication.

Arriving late to your appointment time means I may not be able to spend the time I need to provide the service you have booked in for. I therefore reserve the right to rebook your appointment for another suitable date and time.

Please do not bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment at any time.

Card payments are preferred, or exact cash payments are also accepted. I will be unable to offer change at this time.
